No returns will be accepted unless there is a defect found in the product sent out. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) and if we ask for it back. Also, in order to submit a damage product request, please submit pictures and a short description of the problem to email@example.com.
All refunds will be at the consideration of the Spacelord of the Bureau of Supply and looked on a case by case basis. If I refund is issued, please take in consideration the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, shipping speed will depend on when in the week you place your order and when orders are being processed. Processing of orders usually happen 1 to 2 times per week. If you need your items by a certain date, please note that when you are placing your order. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
