The gold manticore and silver rose Intelligence collar pin is the proper designation for all Intelligence Operatives who have completed the ONI Active Duty and Constack courses which qualify any Intelligence enlisted or officer serving actively in BuPlan/ONI, Fleet, or Branch Intelligence roles. They also designate BuPlan/ONI recognized Special Intelligence Agents. Can also be worn as a lapel pin.
