Issued For: This award is issued to any TRMN member to recognize their lengthy and dedicated service to The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Offi cial Fan Association. Recipients of this award will have demonstrated their dedication over extended lengths of time (at least fi ve years) in a variety of positions of responsibility within and benefi ting the organization. This member will have consistently performed above and beyond the normal duties of grade, branch, specialty, or assignment to the degree of extraordinary recognition from key individuals of the Admiralty. Simple experience of an individual is not adequate basis for this award. The recipient is entitled to the post nominal letters of ‘DSO’.
